Happy Girl Scout Week! Plus, about the new color coding is on the unofficial Calendar Page, more.

HAPPY GIRL SCOUT WEEK!

Here is a Girl Scout Calendar from VintageGirlScout.com that shows how the days of Girl Scout Week have changed. Now, most councils do their own Girl Scout Week Activities. The first Sunday is still when Girl Scouts wear their uniform to church, and the last Saturday is GS Sabbath.

ABOUT THE UNOFFICIAL CALENDAR...

An FYI: NOT all events are on the UNofficial Calendar Page. Also, the link for this page is at the top, under the banner, at the left, on this blog.

UPDATES FOR THE CALENDAR PAGE
But it has been updated today here: http://eblast17.blogspot.com/p/unofficial-ky-and-gs-calendar-area-17.html

The local (Area 17 usually) events are now in green, and major training events not in the area are highlighted in yellow.

Only people who are signed up at this private blog may see the Calendar Page.

OUR NEW WEBSITE AND MY GS, PLUS MORE
Be sure to check the new Activities List at the GS of Kentuckiana website for ALL events. You will also want to have an account on our new website if you don't already, so you can get into the site using the MY GS link. This is located at the top right of our new website. From there, you can access Home - Member Profile - and Volunteer Toolkit. If you are not there already, sign up and get a password.
The Activities List is here: https://www.gskentuckiana.org/en/activities/activities-list.html.

PUTTING AN EVENT ON THE ACTIVITIES LIST
There is a link to the Activity Submission Form on this page too. It is a Fillable Form so you can submit it electronically. If this is not available where you are, you can also fill it out and mail it in. Addresses for local PLC's are at the bottom. Sending it in electronically will help your event be published sooner, so if you can, do that.
