Online Registration
How It Works
We are currently working with a temporary website registration process.  We'll have this system through the end of 2016.  Please have patience with us until the full system comes online.
  1. You register online through the website.
  2. Anne emails Janis a spreadsheet of registrants on Tuesday and Friday.
  3. Janis adds registrants to rosters, merges data onto a form, and emails the Volunteer Services Specialists and others the registration forms.
  4. They then review the forms and their rosters to make sure that Janis added them to the correct event.
  5. Once we know an event will take place, they will process the payment at that time.  Credit cards do not process automatically, but must be completed by them.
  6. They will also notify the registrants that the event is taking place.  You should not assume the event is taking place until you receive this confirmation.
  7. If you have not heard, please contact the local Volunteer Services Specialist for more information.
They are still working on the new website.

2015-2016 Events and News

Most events on this Calendar are Girl Scout events, some are not.

Also VERY Important: Please double-check all dates with the GS office before attending with your troop.  The date or location could change, so double checking is doubly important.

NEW May 27th: All Girl Scout girls in the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana can now vote on their choices for Reward Items for the next Cookie Sale. Every girl can just vote once, so "choose carefully".
Please pass the following link on to all the girls so that their choices are known. This should go out to all the troop families to allow the girls to vote. If you are a troop leader, then please be sure to forward this information to all the scouts.
